How to Use

1.Don’t wait until you’re too exhausted before going to bed.
2.Try leaving your phone off in another room.
3.Pick up a (real) book. No Telly.
4.Apply the sleep patches 15 minutes before the above.
5.Apply one sleep patch to each temple and leave them on until morning.
6.After applying, massage the patch for a minute or two to further release the herbs.
7.Enjoy. We hope you enjoy a more peaceful sleep.Adults and Children above 12 years of age: can be applied nightly. Children under 12 years of age: consult a doctor.
